Our shared vision is a Scotland where health and social care services are delivered in a sustainable and integrated way and people receive the treatment, care and support they need at the right time and in the right setting, with a focus on community based and preventative approaches. HSCS | Health and Social Care Scotland is led by the Chief Officer Executive Group and supported by a small team.

Each of the 31 health and social care partnerships across Scotland has a unique set of integration arrangements. All of the partnerships have a common purpose - to deliver better health and wellbeing outcomes for the people of Scotland.
